Meet Dr. Iglesia

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with adolescents, adults and their families. I completed advanced clinical training in the treatment of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, disordered eating, self- harm and PTSD.

I use an integrative approach to therapy and provide evidence-based treatments, tailored to each patient’s presenting concerns, personal histories, and individual strengths. 

In additon to my clinical work, I am media contributor and have been featured in dozens of publications including Huffington Post, Yahoo, Medium, Bustle, Parade, InStyle, Romper, Psych Central and Women’s Health. I appear regularly on KTVU Fox 2 News as a mental health expert where I share my clinical insights on today’s most pressing mental health issues.
